The Flight of a Lifetime…
On the 11th of November, myself, Ren Izumi & Justin Sturrock chartered a Cessna 172 and set off on the FLIGHT OF A LIFETIME…
We had been trying to do this since April but as some of you may know trying to line up 3 days of good weather across half the South Island is not an easy task. Our goal was to cover Mt Cook National Park, West Coast, Mt Aspiring, down to the bottom left corner of Fiordland and across to Stewart Island. Due to bad weather conditions we had to cut our trip a day short and only covered 90%
Over 2 days we covered 1370km across 4 National Parks & 9.3 flying hours
